We have stayed in this great hotel for 3 nights, everything was very good, the location was wonderful in the middle of the city. The property was in the heart of the city. The room we had included a minibar, central heating, and a work desk. The outstanding food was a good touch.

The hotel was amazing, with everything nice and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center with easy access to shops and attractions. The rooftop terrace provided a stunning view of the city, especially the cathedral. Having breakfast there every morning was a true delight. The room itself was luxurious and well-designed, with all the amenities one could need. The service was impeccable, with the staff even offering an umbrella during a sudden downpour. a fantastic experience.
While the central location was great, it did come with some late-night noise on the weekends. If you're planning to explore and enjoy the city nightlife, this won't be an issue.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the main shopping and dining street. Additionally, the rooftop terrace offers an incredible view of the cathedral and the rooftops of Palma. The breakfast served on the terrace is delicious, and the Thursday evening with the saxophonist adds to the wonderful ambiance. The room itself felt luxurious and well-designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. The staff provided polite and quick service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. One particular staff member, Ale, even came in early to facilitate an early breakfast for us. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the overall experience at the hotel was one to remember.
While the staff were eager to be helpful, at times they pointed out unnecessary things like the location of the toilet, which prolonged the introductions. However, this was a very minor issue and did not significantly impact our stay.
